Roleplay Training
The company both individually and collectively has a great deal of experience in the field of role-play in training situations. As well as delivering one-off sessions for a variety of small organisations Fiona and Owen have both been involved in extensive rollouts, including the entire management and workforce of Eurotunnel and around thirty British Consulates and Embassies for the Foreign Office. This programme, entitled Making the Most of Difference was winner of the 2009 Global Diversity Innovation Award.
Areas covered include diversity and inclusion, management styles, negotiation and influencing, conflict management and resolution, project management, arrears collection, interview training, communication, customer care and winning bids.
