Mad Dogs Theatre Company premiered their new play for children and families in August 2010 at the Royal Spa Nursery, Brighton. ‘Frogs and Mogs and Doggy Tales’ is a lively and inventive retelling of three classic folk tales.
The show lasts just under an hour, and is available for booking by theatre venues and schools. The play can be tied into a number of areas of the Primary curriculum, and explores themes such as friendship, isolation, ageing, empathy, working together and what happens when you try and talk with your mouth full of cake! The play lasts 50 minutes and incorporates live music.
The company can provide post-show resources including guided writing-frames to support literacy as well as drama based workshops for smaller groups.
